I’m all about Keto. I was 205 and worked out but could not lose fat. I now eat less than 20g of Carbs, 2-6g of Sugar (including fruit) 130g Fats & 130g Protein a day. I’ve lost 15 lbs in a month and because I’m in the gym the cut is happening. I’m at 190 with a goal of 180. Thanks to my two trainers I’m killing it! It’s not an easy diet. It takes a lot of dedication and food prep creativity. But I feel fantastic!
